Our Hebrew keyboard is bilingual, combining Hebrew characters with a US QWERTY layout. You can switch to the US QWERTY layout by holding down the Shift key.

There are also keyboards that support three languages, including Arabic or Russian in addition to Hebrew and English. However, implementing those required more programming effort than we could accommodate.
